About The Position

We are looking for an outstanding Product Manager experienced working with developer products and technologies and comfortable evolving to the rapidly changing development landscape in the age of AI. In this role, you will be on the ground with developers at all stages of their app-building journey: from designing and prototyping greenfield applications to maintaining enterprise-grade applications. You will drive solutions to enable rapid development with MongoDB while ensuring developers are making the best possible design decisions for their applications. You will also evolve our developer tools suite to meet the needs of AI- and agentic-driven development–whether that is enhancing our existing developer tools like MongoDB Compass with first-party AI experiences, leveraging MongoDB’s MCP server, or exploring new AI technologies that unlock new ways of working with MongoDB. This position requires a driven self-starter who can work easily across teams, is passionate about helping customers succeed, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environment. This role must be based out of New York City, in-person or flex.
