About The Position

We're hiring a Product Manager to own the roadmap for the trust, security, and compliance capabilities of our agentic AI platform. This is a high-visibility role for someone who has shipped SaaS products inside regulated environments and understands how compliance requirements translate into concrete product requirements, engineering work, and customer trust. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience delivering product features and roadmaps that satisfy compliance and audit requirements as a normal part of the development lifecycle. The role works closely with engineering, security, legal, and customer-facing teams in a modern agile/CI-CD environment, translating regulatory and enterprise-customer requirements into a roadmap that keeps the platform shippable, auditable, and fast. Thomson Reuters serves professionals across legal, tax, accounting, compliance, government, and media. It has 26,000 employees across more than 70 countries. This office-based role uses a flexible hybrid work model. Eligible U.S. office locations include New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, McLean, and Washington, DC. The base compensation range is $104,900–$194,700 for specified locations and $91,000–$169,000 for other eligible U.S. locations. The role may also be eligible for an annual bonus based on enterprise and individual performance.
