ServiceLink is seeking a Product Manager – Client Integrations with a strong client-focus and a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable software solutions. In this role, you will lead the onboarding and technical integration of clients into ServiceLink’s platforms. You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations to gather requirements, design workflows, map integration events, and drive successful delivery. You will play a critical role in delivering seamless client experiences, improving integration efficiency, and enabling scalable growth across our platforms. This is a hybrid role, located at our Plano, TX office. Candidates must be willing and able to work in-office 3 days per week in Plano, TX. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
