About The Position

The Product Manager, Associate supports the Product Management team’s strategy and delivery of digital solutions that help members make informed healthcare decisions. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Management, this role helps deliver solutions for health plan customers and improve digital experiences across benefit coverage, cost transparency, provider navigation, and claims. The position supports scalable, member-centric products and initiatives to integrate AI and machine learning into intuitive, predictive, and personalized member experiences.

The role contributes to product lifecycle execution for a defined product area or squad, including requirements development, backlog management, delivery coordination, user discovery and validation, cross-functional collaboration, performance measurement, launches, and adoption. It also builds knowledge of compliance, risk, and security requirements and supports adherence across product activities.

Stellarus uses a workplace model that balances in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, employees work in the office two days per week. Employees who live more than 50 miles from an office, work out of state, or hold certain member-facing roles should coordinate in-office expectations with their manager based on business needs. The company may require additional office presence based on business needs. The physical work environment includes office-based and work-from-home desk work, with a sedentary activity level for most of the workday.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma/GED and four years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience delivering digital products in cross-functional environments and partnering with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Experience using data and metrics to evaluate product performance and inform decision-making.
• Familiarity with modern product and technology environments, including tools, workflows, and basic system understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support product lifecycle execution for a defined product area or squad, including requirements development, backlog management, and delivery coordination under guidance.
• Contribute to user discovery and validation by gathering information about personas, workflows, and user needs.
• Help translate customer, business, and regulatory needs into clear, complete user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data partners to support delivery and align on priorities and timelines.
• Track product performance metrics and support data analysis to inform product improvements and reporting.
• Support product launches and adoption through coordination, documentation, and feedback collection.
• Apply foundational product tools, processes, and agile practices to contribute to team effectiveness.
• Build knowledge of compliance, risk, and security requirements and support adherence across product activities.
