About The Position

The Product Manager, Associate supports the Product Management team in developing and delivering digital solutions that help health plan members make informed healthcare decisions. The role helps create clear, transparent, and easy-to-use digital experiences for benefit coverage, cost transparency, provider navigation, and claims. It contributes to scalable, member-centric products that serve Stellarus’ health plan customers and support innovation in healthcare, including initiatives to integrate AI and machine learning into intuitive, predictive, and personalized member experiences. The position reports to the Sr. Director, Product Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma/GED plus four years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience delivering digital products in cross-functional environments and partnering with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Experience using data and metrics to evaluate product performance and inform decisions.
• Familiarity with modern product and technology environments, including tools, workflows, and basic system understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support the product lifecycle for a defined product area or squad, including requirements development, backlog management, and delivery coordination under guidance.
• Contribute to user discovery and validation by gathering information about personas, workflows, and user needs.
• Help translate customer, business, and regulatory needs into clear and complete user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data partners to support delivery and align on priorities and timelines.
• Track product performance metrics and support data analysis for product improvements and reporting.
• Support product launches and adoption through coordination, documentation, and feedback collection.
• Apply foundational knowledge of product tools, processes, and agile practices to contribute to team effectiveness.
• Build knowledge of compliance, risk, and security requirements and support adherence across product activities.
