About The Position

EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO) is seeking a Product Manager to partner with a cross-functional team to bring the EBSCOhost AI Exchange platform to market. The EBSCOhost AI Exchange functions as a marketplace and delivery infrastructure for trusted EBSCOhost content in the AI era. The role involves developing and launching MCP-based solutions to deliver EBSCOhost content into AI Agents, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Technology, and other departments. EBSCO Information Services is a leader in AI-enabled services, headquartered in Ipswich, MA, with over 2,700 employees globally, many of whom work in hybrid or remote settings. Requirements

0-2 years of Product Management experience
Interest in working closely with customers and other external partners
Familiarity with AI Agents and MCP workflows
Interest in building a career in Product Management with EBSCO
Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with various teams

Nice To Haves

Experience using and building MCP workflows and AI Agent skills
Basic understanding of the library industry and how libraries leverage EBSCO products
A collaborative mindset and ability to build credibility with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Management leadership to develop and execute go to market efforts for EBSCOhost AI Exchange
Collaborate with Technical teams to communicate market needs and feedback
Join customer and publisher calls to discuss EBSCOhost AI Exchange products and benefits
Help build and deliver stakeholder updates
Drive business requirements for future roadmap items, in partnership with other Product Managers
Partner with Sr. PM for Voice of the Customer Program on communications, tracking enhancements and roadmap visibility.
