About The Position

Crypto.com is looking for a Lead Trading Product Manager to own the trading product for the Exchange in the U.S., with a focus on futures and regulated derivatives across DCM and FCM surfaces. The role requires ensuring futures traders can open, manage, and close risk frictionlessly and shipping at the pace required by a growth-mode FCM. The goal is to make U.S. futures trading a default desk for targeted traders by developing product strategy and roadmaps for futures/trading experience, DCM/FCM-aware workflows, and executing cross-functionally with engineering, risk, compliance, and operations to drive volume, retention, and product velocity. The Lead Product Manager will have independence in managing their roadmap, making decisions on prioritization, tradeoffs, and shipping timelines. This role reports to the VP, Exchange Product. The ideal candidate will have experience shipping futures product at a DCM, FCM, or exchange, or have operated within an FCM during a fast-paced growth phase, and will apply this experience to the crypto exchange at scale.

Requirements

  • DCM and/or FCM futures product experience, or FCM growth-mode operator experience.
  • Proven experience owning or shipping futures/derivatives product in a DCM or FCM context, or experience working within an FCM during fast-paced growth.
  • Lead-level product ownership experience, including owning complex trading or markets products end-to-end.
  • Futures/markets fluency, including knowledge of contract specs, margins, order types, position lifecycle, and professional trading practices.
  • Evidence of shipping products under constraint, including regulatory, clearing, risk, or operational challenges.
  • Cross-functional leadership skills without relying on title.
  • Data ownership, including instrumenting funnels, sizing opportunities, and prioritizing based on analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior exchange/brokerage/advanced trading platform PM work (crypto or traditional).
  • Institutional or pro-trader product experience.
  • Hands-on futures trading experience or daily use of the products being shipped.
  • Experience standing up or scaling U.S.-regulated futures distribution (FCM onboarding, DCM listings, margin products).
  • Design sensibility for dense trading UIs, with the ability to evaluate hierarchy, density, and interaction cost.

Responsibilities

  • Own the U.S. Exchange trading / futures roadmap and act as the DRI for the charter.
  • Set milestones, sequence work, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
  • Ensure product sign-off for all initiatives within the scope.
  • Ship futures products that traders actively use, deciding on contracts, workflows, and tools.
  • Deliver outcomes that traders feel when managing risk.
  • Incorporate DCM/FCM fluency into product decisions, translating operational workflows into scalable product.
  • Operate at a growth-mode pace, prioritizing ruthlessly and cutting scope when necessary.
  • Partner across risk, compliance, engineering, and operations to align stakeholders around clear outcomes.
  • Surface regulatory and operational constraints early.
  • Conduct research and feedback loops with traders, distinguishing stated needs from behavioral insights.
  • Own the numbers by instrumenting key metrics, sizing opportunities, and prioritizing based on data.

  • 401(k) plan with employer match
  • Company-sponsored group health, dental, vision, and life/disability insurance
