About The Position

The Role Do you enjoy solving complex problems, designing elegant solutions, and delivering innovative trading solutions in a fast-paced environment? If so, joining the Equity Product and Trading Solutions team at FCM may be the right opportunity for you. In this role, you will help drive the development and evolution of our core electronic trading platform, including order management and routing, FIX connectivity, data, and risk controls. The primary purpose of this role is to take part in driving and shaping the firm’s electronic trading infrastructure and be accountable for the entire product life cycle from planning to implementation and adoption. As an integral member of the product team, you will work closely with technology, trading consultants, operations, risk, compliance, legal, data science, and other internal partners to deliver resilient, scalable, and differentiated electronic trading solutions.

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented mindset
Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into clear and actionable product and technology deliverables
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines
Strong understanding of the technical and operational components and workflows associated with electronic equity trading
Self-starter who embraces pace over perfection and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, positive, and forward-thinking, with a passion for building innovative trading solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical topics to diverse audiences
Experience supporting system integrations, managing dependencies across teams, and coordinating implementation activities to ensure successful delivery of business and technology solutions
Intellectually curious, with a strong desire for continuous learning
Series 7 and 63 licenses required within 6 months of hire

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with electronic equity trading concepts and market structure (a plus, not required)

Responsibilities
