About The Position

Robinhood is building an elite team applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. The Trading Tools team builds research and analysis tools for active traders on mobile, including asset charts, asset pages, watchlists, portfolio analysis, and the trading ladder. The team also owns Say, Robinhood's shareholder engagement business. This role will lead initiatives within Robinhood’s newest business lines—prediction markets, shaping the future of how users engage with complex financial tools by simplifying decision-making and creating thoughtful, engaging experiences for the retail audience. This is an opportunity to drive new product innovation from the ground up. This role is based in New York, NY or Menlo Park, CA, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• 4+ years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products on mobile
• Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making
• Interest in markets and how retail investors trade and manage their portfolios
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Motivated self-starter and scrappy
• Ownership mindset with a scrappy can-do attitude
• Strong communicator and collaborator
• User-centric, strong product intuition

Nice To Haves

• Experience in fintech, brokerage, or investing products
• Active trader or investor who uses these kinds of tools yourself

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Trading Tools and Say
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to ship on mobile at high quality
• Improve how active traders research and act on positions through charts, watchlists, research, and the trading ladder
• Grow Say by making shareholder Q&A and proxy voting easy and relevant for everyday investors
• Use data, experimentation, and user research to decide what to build and measure the results
• Partner with compliance, legal, and operations on products that touch shareholder rights and market data
• Communicate priorities and results clearly to engineering, design, and leadership
