About The Position

Crypto.com is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the advanced trading user experience (UX) end-to-end across web and mobile platforms. This role is critical as professional and institutional traders utilize this surface, and any friction can impact volume, trust, and market share. The ideal candidate will make advanced trading fast, precise, and design-obsessive, taking ownership of the roadmap, developing sophisticated trading tools for professionals, ensuring design excellence, and establishing direct feedback loops with traders to drive product improvements. The role offers independence in managing the roadmap, making decisions on UX tradeoffs, tool prioritization, and release timelines, with a direct report to the VP of Product, Exchange. This position is suited for individuals with prior experience in shipping trading or fintech UX, who can operate at exchange scale and cater to users who are highly sensitive to every detail, from pixel accuracy to latency and order-type nuances. The opportunity is to define and elevate the standard for world-class trading craft.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience owning complex product surfaces, with a background in fintech, trading, or similarly dense products, including experience managing dependencies to ensure successful shipping.
• Demonstrated design sensibility as a product skill, with the ability to evaluate and improve UI/UX quality using specific criteria (hierarchy, density, interaction cost) and a track record of shipping user-loved products due to their craft.
• Evidence of design-forward shipping, including experience owning outcomes, instrumenting key metrics, and iterating based on data to achieve desired results.
• Trading/markets fluency or a rapid learning ability, including understanding of order books, order types, technical indicators, and market dynamics, with the capacity to articulate what constitutes great trading UX for power users.
• Daily-trader empathy, demonstrated by a willingness to trade on the platform regularly and a focus on asking behavioral questions.
• Data ownership, including the ability to instrument funnels, size opportunities, and prioritize effectively without external analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the advanced trading UX roadmap, acting as the DRI for web and mobile advanced trading experience, setting milestones, sequencing work, and resolving cross-team dependencies. Ensure product and UX quality sign-off before any launch.
• Define and ship trading tools for power users, deciding which sophisticated tools and workflows professional and institutional traders receive, and prioritizing based on delivering tangible outcomes.
• Champion usability and aesthetics as non-negotiable aspects of the product, pushing back against 'good enough' and providing specific, actionable feedback on UI/UX elements like spacing, interaction patterns, and information density.
• Create wireframes and actively participate in design discussions using tools like Figma, identifying and resolving pixel misalignments and clunky interactions before they reach users.
• Engage with traders as a peer by conducting research, interviews, and analyzing community feedback, focusing on behavioral questions ('Show me how you...') rather than hypothetical feature interest.
• Act as a daily user of the platform to identify speed, precision, and friction points, translating these firsthand experiences into a prioritized backlog.
• Drive cross-functional execution by aligning engineering, design, data, and operations around clear outcomes, managing tradeoffs, owning the backlog, and overseeing the ship cadence.
