About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for the Senior Exchange Engineer. This is a full-time, hybrid position with a duration of 12-18 months. The role requires the candidate to be passionate about working for one of the largest infrastructures with Exchange in the world. The Exchange Operations team is looking for a team-oriented, self-motivated individual who can work without direction. The candidate must have experience with DAG configurations with Exchange 2016 or higher in a large environment. The team is responsible for keeping Exchange Sustainability at 99.9% SLA. The role involves assisting with reviewing documentation, Remedy ticketing, implementing change controls, and interfacing with clients at times.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years’ experience with Exchange 2016 or higher servers.
• Current or recent hands-on experience with EXO or On-Premise Exchange.
• Experience with Multi-Node DAG’s across multiple data centers and Clustering in a large Exchange environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience desired with Exchange Online / Microsoft 365.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, information security or related field, or Experience to commensurate.
• Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners.
• PowerShell Scripting.
• Additional skills with AppViewX, Service Now, Splunk, and Trend Micro.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Exchange Operationally, with monitoring utilizing SCOM and On-Call availability and flexibility.
• Troubleshoot to Root Cause Exchange mail flow issues for multiple client environments.
• Take ownership of an initiative/issue through completion.
• Work in a collaborative environment via WebEx, or MS Teams.
• Communicate effectively with LOB’s, Clients and Tech-savvy stakeholders.
• Work with minimal supervision and provide daily productive results.
• Assist with internal efficiencies projects and development.
