About The Position

As a Product Manager within the Small to Medium Business (SMB) portfolio, you will be accountable for the product lifecycle management of Accounting & Integrations solutions within the portfolio. Our roadmap focuses on expanding services that improve merchant satisfaction and profitability. You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. You will report to the Director, Product - Value Add Services (VAS). This is a replacement posting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience managing multiple products through the full product lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
  • Experience in strategic planning, portfolio management, project lifecycle management, compliance, and change management.
  • Experience developing product roadmaps, defining requirements, and communicating product strategy and progress to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of product management frameworks, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple business areas.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize product value by ensuring the product backlog aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Contribute to product strategy development and ensure alignment between product initiatives, portfolio priorities, and corporate objectives.
  • Develop and execute a 3- to 18-month product roadmap for the Accounting & Integrations portfolio.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, feature development, product enhancements, product launches, and retirement of outdated functionality.
  • Translate customer and market insights into product vision, business requirements, and prioritized opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain continuous feedback loops with clients, sales, technology, and operations teams to support product improvements, pilots, and commercial launches.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders during requirements gathering, solution validation, and product demonstrations to ensure solutions meet market needs.
  • Develop business cases and product recommendations that address market opportunities, competitive gaps, and customer requirements.
  • Own portfolio performance, including revenue, product costs, customer satisfaction, adoption, and achievement of defined business and OKR targets.
  • Prioritize product investments and requirements to maximize business impact, customer value, and delivery against corporate priorities.
