About The Position

We are seeking a Product Manager to support one of the most critical areas of our business - Financial Recordkeeping (FRK). FRK powers the core financial processing for our Nonqualified business, including assets, liabilities, investments, and the transaction engines that support them. This is a complex, high-impact space with opportunities to improve stability, access to data, and long-term modernization. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver meaningful improvements, strengthen platform health, and help evolve FRK into a more scalable and accessible platform over time.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education
  • 2+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment with product or engineering teams and stakeholders
  • Skilled at integrating diverse perspectives and using customer, user, and partner insights to drive informed decisions
  • Experienced in financial, transactional, or regulated environments, with the ability to lead through complexity and align across competing priorities

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority, driving alignment and outcomes across complex, cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of leading or contributing to the transformation of complex systems into scalable, platform-oriented solutions

Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to advance strategic business goals through strong product leadership
  • Lead discovery efforts to identify, frame, and prioritize high-impact opportunities for customers and the business
  • Define and champion a clear product vision and strategy aligned to enterprise goals and long-term value creation
  • Influence and align collaborators across the organization, driving decisions that balance customer needs, technology, and business priorities
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and experience teams to translate strategy into clear direction and measurable outcomes
  • Leverage data, insights, and feedback loops to continuously assess product health and uncover opportunities for growth
  • Provide leadership through ambiguity, connecting day-to-day decisions to broader strategy while elevating product thinking across teams
