Identify the servicing, credit, digital, and other experiences critical to the segment and determine how best to address them. Differentiate between MVP and future requirements. Work with internal market research partners to determine how to address key questions and gain key inputs for recommendations and business cases. Assess opportunity for PNC’s relationship-based rewards program to profitably drive Card acquisitions and engagement. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. We encourage candidates to connect with their recruiter and hiring manager to understand workplace expectations and ensure the role aligns with their goals.
