•$50 - $60

About The Position

Teamworks is hiring a Product Management MBA Intern to support the product lifecycle from customer discovery through launch. The intern will contribute usable work across a broad portfolio of projects and partner with engineering, design, product marketing, education, and customer-facing teams. Projects vary in size and are scoped before hiring to match the intern with appropriate work. The intern will own projects and gain exposure to how product works with engineering, design, marketing, and customer teams. A successful internship may lead to a full-time Product Manager role. The work involves building software used by sports organizations. The role is based in the US and is not eligible for sponsorship at this time.

Requirements

  • Currently completing or recently completed an MBA from a top-tier program.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with ownership across more than one stage of the product lifecycle.
  • Experience making tradeoffs under constraints such as time, engineering capacity, or competing stakeholders, and explaining the reasoning.
  • Interest in sports and the athletes and teams Teamworks serves; sports industry experience is not required.
  • Some hands-on experience with generative AI tools or products through work, coursework, or side projects.
  • Based in the US.

Nice To Haves

  • PM or founder experience at a growth-stage startup, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Background in consulting, engineering, BizOps, or growth, with ownership of a product.
  • Experience managing multiple overlapping projects and taking on work outside the core function, such as operations, data, design, or go-to-market.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer discovery and research, and translate findings into opportunities and product requirements.
  • Write requirements and Linear tickets and work with engineers and designers to ship products.
  • Prototype and wireframe concepts to validate ideas before development begins.
  • Partner with product marketing, education, sales, and customer success on launches, including in-app messaging, customer communications, and help center content.
  • Manage multiple projects at different lifecycle stages; track metrics and post-launch feedback, recommend iterations, and contribute to category vision and strategy.
