EY is seeking individuals to join their Business Consulting, Digital & Product Strategy team as Product Management Managers. In this role, you will help clients solve their digital vision and customer experience issues by acting as a product advocate in the strategic design process. You will lead overall customer experience/digital strategy, transformation, and execution, delivering client work such as digital platforms, customer personas, journey maps, technology enablement, product capabilities and features, product roadmaps, and product backlogs. You will utilize knowledge of tools like ADO, Jira, Confluence, and Fluid for road mapping and collaborative design. The role involves applying design thinking techniques and digital media knowledge to solve business problems and implementing product requirements for Point of Sale (POS) and commerce solutions. You will use qualitative and quantitative research methods with tools like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Adobe analytics, and Google analytics to inform business requirements and decision-making. Lightweight prototyping using Figma or Generative AI assistants will be used to test product designs. You will manage client expectations, translate business and product requirements into design solutions, and engage in business development pursuits. Collaboration with technical architects, engineering, and design teams is key to building solutions for clients across various sectors, including retail and quick service restaurants. You will also manage and motivate teams, deliver quality client services, demonstrate technical capabilities, maintain client relationships, and cultivate business development opportunities.
