About The Position

Bellese is a mission-driven Digital Services Company committed to pioneering innovative technology solutions in civic healthcare. Our dedication lies in making a meaningful impact on public health outcomes. Driven by service design, we strive to know the “Why†to understand the healthcare journey for patients, caregivers, providers, payers, and policymakers. Our goal is to design and build solutions that reduce confusion, provide clarity, support decision making, and streamline the process so that we and our partners can focus on providing better health outcomes by improving patient care and reducing costs and burden. The Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) Secure Portal is the only CMS-approved website for secure communications and health care quality data exchange between quality improvement organizations, hospitals, physician offices, nursing homes, end-stage renal disease networks and facilities, and data vendors. It provides secure data exchange to and within various CMS quality reporting programs, including Hospital Inpatient Quality Reporting, Hospital Outpatient Quality Reporting, Inpatient Psychiatric Facility Quality Reporting, Prospective Payment System-Exempt Cancer Hospital Quality Reporting, Ambulatory Surgical Center Quality Reporting, and the Medicare Promoting Interoperability Program. Being a Product Manager in the public sector is both challenging and rewarding. With the civic-tech movement at its early stages, Product Managers can play a vital role in shaping the movement and guiding it towards a direction where policy and technology can work hand-in-hand to create inclusive and easy to access digital services. This is a people management role, requiring proven experience as a direct manager overseeing performance and professional development of other Product Managers. Bellese Product Managers have the opportunity to: Facilitate the conversation and implementation of best practices that can improve processes and ways or working, such as expanding product thinking Assist in creating a culture of innovation, collaboration and cross-functional work Mitigate skepticism to change by demonstrating the benefits of working transparently and collaboratively across functions Champion skill diversity in team composition Prioritize responsible innovation. As a people manager, you are always in touch, accessible and approachable. As a consultant, you find joy in the art of the short stint and look for opportunities to productively challenge the status quo. As a collaborative leader, you leverage influence and trust, not authority to drive progress. As a continuous learner, you have a growth mindset, and inquisitive nature and aren’t afraid to take calculated risks. As a systems thinker, you take a holistic approach to evaluating the factors and interactions that could contribute to desired outcomes. As an agile team lead, you know that maintaining a mindset of people over process is a recipe for success. As a user advocate, you put the user at the heart of all problem-solving, from ideation through delivery.
