Product Management Lead, Core Experience
About The Position
As a Product Management Lead at Glean, you will be responsible for defining product strategy and driving execution while managing and developing a team of product managers. Your focus will be on delivering best-in-class products for knowledge discovery, curation, sharing, and management. This role offers a significant opportunity to shape both the product roadmap and the product team due to the lean nature of the current product team. You will collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Success teams to understand customer needs and build category-defining tools, gaining broad and deep experience by wearing many hats.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management at SaaS companies, primarily serving large enterprises
- Responsibilities spanning customer-facing surfaces and features as well as internal capabilities and services
- Strong technical background
- Excellent analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
- Learning and growth mindset
- Mission-first approach, understanding that success is measured by product and team success
- Early adopter in building with or adopting AI for product craft
- Excited about helping customers accelerate their own AI adoption journey

Responsibilities
- Spending a lot of time with customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs
- Developing key parts of our product roadmap, marrying customers’ needs with our product vision
- Empowering your team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment
- Driving customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution
- Coordinating cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders across the company
- Building processes that will scale as our team and company go through rapid growth
