Responsibilities

- Serve as a subject matter expert within the team
- Mentor and support junior analysts in developing technical skills and best practices
- Lead analytical projects from intake through delivery
- Provide guidance, feedback, and direction to team members as needed
- Proactively identify and solve complex problems
- Take ownership of initiatives that improve analytical efficiency and effectiveness
- Clearly communicate complex data, insights, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
- Produce clear, concise written documentation and deliver effective verbal presentations
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable analysis
- Apply analytical insights to support broader organizational goals
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
