Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert within the team
  • Mentor and support junior analysts in developing technical skills and best practices
  • Lead analytical projects from intake through delivery
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and direction to team members as needed
  • Proactively identify and solve complex problems
  • Take ownership of initiatives that improve analytical efficiency and effectiveness
  • Clearly communicate complex data, insights, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Produce clear, concise written documentation and deliver effective verbal presentations
