About The Position

LCPtracker, Inc. is seeking a Product Team Coordinator to join their Product Management team. This role will report to the Director of Product Management and will work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and QA Testers to coordinate software delivery activities. The coordinator will be responsible for organizing software team sessions, stakeholder communications, managing new requests, and supporting release management. This position is based in Orange, CA and is a full-time role.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in project coordination, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management software (e.g. Azure DevOps)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • PMI Certification or equivalent
  • Scrum Master Certification

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the intake and management of customers and stakeholder requests ensuring timely review and assignment.
  • Maintain and update dashboards to provide transparent visibility into project status for stakeholders and Product Managers.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications, including prompt follow-ups and regular status updates, to ensure alignment and address outstanding issues.
  • Organize and facilitate delivery team activities, including scheduling meetings, securing release approvals, and supporting the team with standardized templates and documentation.
  • Assist Product Management in planning, communicating, and documenting software development activities, with a focus on continuous process improvement.
  • Coordinate all aspects of release management, including preparing approval cards, organizing team alignment sessions, scheduling meetings, and maintaining release checklists.
  • Manage release schedules for both legacy and current products, ensuring timely coordination and communication with the Change Approval Board (CAB).
  • Lead cross-functional efforts between development, marketing, and customer support to ensure successful product launches.
  • Communicate product status and upcoming releases to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to support project delivery.
  • Remove blockers and facilitate smooth delivery by collaborating with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently.
