The role We're hiring a Senior Growth Product Manager to lead our self-serve acquisition and growth journeys across the channels used by personas hungry for web data. Our users are engineers, data teams and the builders of AI agents, and your job is to understand what they seek, what they try first and what convinces them to stay. You'll lead conversion and growth across channels: our website, agents an the developer ecosystem. You'll be product owner for the website and application UI and will take a data driven approach to customer acquisition and growth, from traffic through trial, activation and subscription, right up to an account-managed relationship. Our goal is to engage 500,000 developers next year who need web data and this role is central to converting them. In this role you'll shape the rhythm of funnels and experiments, ideating and iterating with a talented team on how we can improve experiences, find truths in data and build on the insight of customers to figure out the next growth step. You'll be fascinated by how engineers evaluate tools, how AI is changing the way they build and what it takes to earn their trust. You'll work to explode an audience in a market that is itself exploding, and to be able to point at the growth curve and say "I did that".

Requirements

Proven results driving growth and managing funnels in a B2B SaaS or developer-focused business with a self-serve or PLG motion.
A deep curiosity about how engineers work and adopt tools. You've marketed or built for technical audiences and know that developers don't respond to marketing; they respond to products that respect their time.
Experience with developer tools, APIs, data products or technical audiences.
You prototype your own ideas: you use AI coding tools to vibe-code experiments, mockups and working demos rather than waiting for engineering capacity.
A track record of making websites effective engines for capturing demand and driving funnel activity; you've owned conversion, not just traffic.
Demonstrated success in customer growth and nurture: activation, free-to-paid conversion, expansion and churn reduction.
Intelligent, practical use of data: comfortable defining metrics, instrumenting funnels, segmenting customers and combining product signals with messaging and human outreach.
Experience working as a product owner or growth PM with engineering and design teams: writing clear requirements, prioritising ruthlessly and shipping iteratively.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; you can align marketing, product, CS, RevOps and sales around a shared funnel.
5–8+ years in growth, growth product management or lifecycle/funnel roles.

Nice To Haves

You've written production code or contributed to open source.
Familiarity with experimentation platforms, product analytics (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4), marketing automation and CRM tooling.
Experience building product-led sales (PQL) motions or platform-to-enterprise upgrade paths.

Responsibilities

Manage the self-serve funnel end-to-end. Define, measure and improve every stage: signup, trial, activation, conversion to paid and expansion.
Be product owner for the website and product UI. Set the roadmap and priorities for our web presence and platform UX, working directly with the development lead, engineers and designers to ship improvements that capture demand and drive funnel activity.
Optimise the funnel as a conversion mechanism - design and run experiments, work closely with our design and product marketing teams on formats, copy and narratives for conversion.
Optimise PLG journeys that start in the developer ecosystem. Optimise the buying journeys that begin in open source and in the emerging ecosystems of agents, turning developer adoption and ecosystem presence into activation and growth. This means deeply understanding developer workflows: docs, SDKs, code examples and the first ten minutes of hands-on experience.
Build intelligent customer data and nurture growth. Build customer data based on usage and firmographics, and use this to nurture customers for growth with tailored onboarding, relevant content and (with our RevOps function) identify when our sales professionals should reach out and make contact.
Run a rigorous experimentation practice. Develop hypotheses, ship A/B tests and funnel experiments, and report results honestly, doubling down on what works and killing what doesn't.
