The Product Lead will be instrumental in driving projects such as ICP tailoring and developing new 0-1 surfaces like voice-to-action, utilizing sharp product thinking, rapid experimentation, and hands-on building. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, possesses high agency and ownership, and is motivated by the fast-paced development of consumer AI products.

Requirements

  • Experienced: Previous founder or 5+ years of product management experience at a high-velocity consumer or PLG company.
  • Track record of launching and/or growing successful products in 0-to-1 or fast-scaling environments.
  • Entrepreneurial and independent: Thrives in ambiguity and building from scratch.
  • Ownership mindset and the ability to navigate and execute across multiple domains, end to end.
  • Systems thinker: Understands customer journeys, funnels, and feedback loops.
  • Deep understanding of the levers for product-led growth and retention.
  • Technically fluent: Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and understanding/synthesizing technical tradeoffs.
  • Uses AI coding tools to prototype and ship and is excited about what this unlocks for product development.
  • Data-driven: Track record of using metrics, experimentation, and user insights to guide decisions.
  • Builds data-driven flywheels for iterative improvement.
  • Deeply user-centric: Builds real understanding of how customers experience the product through interviews, usage data, and frontline feedback.
  • Champions the voice of the user in strategy and prioritization.

Responsibilities

  • Launch new product experiences by identifying high-leverage opportunities for ICP-tailored products or new voice-to-action surfaces, defining product vision, and managing features from concept to launch.
  • Own product surfaces end-to-end, taking full responsibility for major surface areas and driving their roadmaps from strategy through execution.
  • Run rapid, parallel experiments, managing multiple concurrent work streams with real users. This includes designing experiments, scoping them effectively, and shipping quickly, using prototypes, behavioral analysis, and user research for validation.
  • Build personally by using AI coding tools to creatively prototype and test ideas with real users, enabling validation within hours rather than weeks.
  • Lead and execute cross-functionally by partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to deliver impact and ship best-in-class product experiences.
  • Go deep on data by running personal analyses, designing experiments, and forming conclusions, using quantitative and qualitative signals to guide decisions while balancing long-term strategy with short-term learning.
