Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) is a leading global cruise company operating the Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises brands. The company currently operates 32 ships, employs over 35,000 shipboard crew, and visits approximately 700 different port destinations annually. NCLH plans to expand its business by adding 13 additional ships across the three brands through 2036. The Product Lead role is crucial for translating product strategy and roadmap into detailed features, user stories, and data product requirements, including data models, transformations, and integration needs. This position involves owning and managing the product backlog for data products, pipelines, and integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Product Lead will partner with engineering, QA, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and timely delivery of data solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to define data needs and validate solutions. Key aspects include defining data definitions, lineage, and acceptance criteria, participating in agile ceremonies, ensuring data quality and integrity, and supporting integration efforts across systems. The role also involves tracking product progress, risks, and dependencies, supporting user acceptance testing and post-launch validation, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards, data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
