AI Product Lead Location: MN Role Overview The AI Product Lead supports AI-driven products by translating business and product questions into structured analysis and delivering decision-ready insights using GenAI-enabled workflows. This role modernizes the traditional analyst function by combining strong analytical judgment with copilot-driven analysis.

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in SQL and Python
Experience in using GenAI tools, copilots to build quick prototypes
Experience working with ambiguous business problems
Hands-on experience using GenAI tools or copilots for analysis
Ability to structure prompts and workflows for analytical use cases
Good understanding of Healthcare

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a Sr business analyst
Domain experience (e.g., healthcare)

Responsibilities

Translate product and business questions into clear analytical workflows
Frame problems, define assumptions, and structure analysis approaches
Use GenAI copilots to accelerate data exploration, hypothesis testing, and insight generation
Design and refine prompts to produce consistent, high-quality analytical outputs
Validate and synthesize AI-generated insights into clear narratives
Highlight risks, trade-offs, and limitations to support informed decisions

Benefits

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.
