About The Position

As a Product Intern at OnePay, you’ll work alongside the Product team to support discovery, requirements definition, execution, and launch across active initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to how a fast-moving fintech turns customer problems into shipped features. Team Integration: You’ll be paired with a Product Manager and work alongside Engineering, Design, and Analytics partners, sitting in on planning, standups, and stakeholder reviews. Real-World Projects: You’ll conduct user and market research, help translate findings into requirements and user stories, track feature execution, and support go-to-market and launch readiness. Skill Building & Career Growth: Throughout the internship, you’ll attend workshops focused on technical skills, resume building, interview prep, and professional development. You’ll also have the chance to engage with company leadership during networking events. Mentorship: Receive guidance and feedback from your manager, as well as a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate your internship experience, ensuring continuous learning and growth.

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree expected to graduate in Fall 2027/Spring of 2028 majoring in Business, Product Management, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Completed at least one previous internship, or have built substantial personal or academic projects.
Available for a full-time, 8-week program running June 21 - August 13, 2027.
Available to work in our New York City office at least 3-4 days a week throughout the entire program.
