About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking a Implementation Support Specialist to join the team! The Product Implementation Support Specialist supports the maintenance, accuracy, and ongoing use of the Vendor Grid, Vendor Hierarchy Grid, vendor tracking tools, and network routing documentation. This role assists with documenting vendor availability, vendor type, product applicability, client plan applicability, network IDs, routing direction, net/product codes, background data vendors, and implementation-specific vendor requirements. The position supports client implementations by helping ensure vendor, routing, and hierarchy information is accurate, current, and consistently communicated to throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in vendor operations, implementation support, healthcare operations, network operations, sales operations, or a related operational support role, with demonstrated experience maintaining complex tracking documents, coordinating cross-functional requests, supporting implementation timelines, documenting system or routing requirements, and managing time-sensitive updates.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Be detail-oriented
  • Adept at understanding service contracts and operational implications
  • Should be able to multitask effectively
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong management, and decision-making skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the Vendor Grid, Vendor Hierarchy Grid, vendor tracking documentation, preferred vendor lists, and related vendor reference materials.
  • Support new and renewing client implementations by documenting applicable vendors, vendor type, product applicability, client plan applicability, plan requirements, vendor notes, network IDs, and routing direction.
  • Assist with network routing documentation by capturing approved routing direction, network hierarchy, claim type, pricer, benefit tier, and related operational notes.
  • Track vendor additions, removals, changes, exceptions, and implementation-specific requirements through completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional SMEs to confirm vendor availability, hierarchy placement, routing logic, product applicability, and implementation requirements.
  • Review vendor and routing information for completeness and consistency prior to implementation handoff or downstream system updates.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications related to vendor grid updates, hierarchy changes, routing requirements, vendor implementation notes, and impacted downstream teams.
  • Escalate unclear vendor routing, hierarchy, or implementation questions to the appropriate SME or leadership owner for direction.
  • Asist with charitable activities and planning within the Operations and Implementation teams, as well as company-wide initiatives.
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
