About The Position

The Product Flow Coordinator (PFC) receives donated merchandise and sorts it into the appropriate areas for processing. The PFC also stocks processed merchandise on the sales floor. The position works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager at the Palm Springs and Indio locations, or the Store Manager at the Cathedral City and Palm Desert locations. This position has no supervisory responsibilities and is based at a Revivals store location.

Requirements

At least one year of warehouse or retail experience.
At least one year of customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including opening and closing the store, weekends, and holidays.
Basic mathematical skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and calculating percentages.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
Ability to work in a store and warehouse setting involving frequent sitting, standing, repetitive motion, and talking.
Potential exposure to hazardous materials, irritants, allergens, noise, and extreme hot and cold weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Receive donated merchandise while providing excellent customer service in the drop-off area.
Sort donated merchandise by category for processing.
Stock processed merchandise on the sales floor.
Load and unload Revivals donation trucks and assist with unloading deliveries of new products as needed.
Assist with store displays as needed.
Maintain sales-floor cleanliness, including dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming as needed.
Identify sales-floor product needs and communicate them to the Warehouse Manager or designee.
Greet customers on the sales floor, answer their questions, and assist with requests.
Clean the warehouse and restrooms as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.
