Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a product-focused, technical sales, or customer-facing role.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and portfolio strategy.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.
Experience with CRM and product management tools

Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert on the product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
Build strong relationships with customers by providing expert guidance and tailored product solutions.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical and/or application support as needed.
Support the sales team with product insights, sales pitches, and technical demonstrations.
Collaborate on the creation of sales collateral, presentations, and product messaging.
Participate in pre-sales meetings to address technical questions and objections.
Deliver technical training to internal teams, partners, and customers.
Develop and maintain product documentation, training materials, and FAQs.
Contribute to the development of the product roadmap by gathering and analyzing customer feedback and market trends.
Support portfolio management activities, including product launches, updates, and end-of-life planning.
Assist in SKU rationalization efforts to streamline offerings and improve operational efficiency.
Monitor product performance and recommend improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
