Requirements
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience leading customer‑facing sessions (workshops, discovery, demos) to uncover needs and co‑create solutions
- Experience in one or more of the following: supply chain business process, requirements development for an agile project team, SAFe product management, or UI/UX design.
Nice To Haves
- Recognized subject matter expertise in sourcing, procurement, or material program management with the ability to educate peers and customers
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain operations, consulting, or transformation initiatives with measurable results
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable software specifications
- Hands‑on experience designing UI mock-ups
- Experience working directly with application development teams in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and data challenges
- Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of API integrations, data models, and digital transformation best practices
- Ability to balance multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, consulting, or transformation initiatives with measurable results
- Track record of designing new applications or tools
- Strong UX design mindset with the ability to build intuitive workflows aligned to user personas and supply chain roles
- Solid technical aptitude demonstrated through analytics, data engineering, application, or related product work; able to understand architectural constraints and development impacts
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Self‑starter with strong business acumen, creativity, and a bias for action
- Demonstrated ability to take broad, ambiguous requirements and translate them into digital applications that drive measurable business outcomes
- Proven record of reimagining manual or disconnected supply chain processes into cohesive, automated workflows
- Ability to independently define application user experiences and workflows without requiring detailed business instructions
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the application development team, translating complex supply chain processes into digital solutions
- Prioritize the product backlog in alignment with strategic goals and customer needs
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements
- Reimagine and redesign manual or disjointed supply chain processes into seamless, integrated application workflows
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications that are clear, actionable, and testable
- Rapidly develop mock‑ups and prototypes in Figma or similar tools to communicate design intent and user experience
- Provide domain expertise to support solution design, process mapping, and decision‑making during application development
- Collaborate with Architects and Stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of high‑value features
- Drive iteration and continuous improvement based on feedback and evolving business needs
