About The Position
The College Internship Program at Yanfeng provides hands-on, career-specific experience through full-time work over the summer break, from May through the beginning of August. The program connects interns across the U.S. and supports their development through technical training, career coaching, an assigned buddy and mentor, and networking and educational activities. Interns gain exposure to senior-level management and learn about Yanfeng, its values, culture, and career opportunities. One example opportunity is Product Engineering Intern.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, with a concentration in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Manufacturing, Plastics, or a similar field.
- GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Highly motivated, positive attitude, and goal-oriented.
- Analytical skills.
- Communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Strong initiative.
- Strong interest in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- U.S. sponsorship is not available for this position.
