About The Position
The College Internship Program at Yanfeng offers full-time work through the summer break, from May through the beginning of August, with hands-on, career-specific experience and real-world projects. Interns develop skills through technical training and career coaching, and are assigned a buddy and mentor to support their development. The program also includes networking and educational activities that provide exposure to senior-level management and insight into Yanfeng, its values, culture, and career opportunities. This opportunity is for a Product Engineering Intern. Yanfeng is an automotive supplier focused in North America on the design, development, and manufacturing of automotive interiors, seating, electronics, and passive safety systems. Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering with a concentration in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Manufacturing, Plastics, or a similar field.
- GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and goal-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Demonstrated communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Strong initiative.
- Strong interest in the automotive manufacturing industry.
