About The Position

SeekNow is hiring a Product Director to own Maestro, the platform used to create, assign, schedule, track, and deliver more than 3,000 property inspections per day. The role spans the platform’s client and internal-team experience, workflow capabilities, multi-tenant architecture, identity management, and roles and permissions. It also leads the development of a scheduling and routing product serving SeekNow’s insurance and real estate businesses. The Product Director will apply AI throughout scheduling, routing, and inspection workflows to reduce manual work and friction, while establishing appropriate automation, human oversight, transparency, guardrails, and feedback loops. The role includes leading at least one to two product managers and partnering with Engineering, Operations, Design, Data Capture and Field Experience, and product leaders for the insurance and real estate verticals. The position is remote-flexible.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of product management experience, including taking platform products from discovery to measurable business impact.
  • Working knowledge of LLMs, forecasting, optimization, and AI-native development practices.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation, including A/B and switchback testing.
  • Experience owning multi-tenant platforms, APIs, and configurable workflows at scale.
  • Practical experience with identity management, SSO, role-based access, and audit for enterprise customers.
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling, dispatch, or routing products in field service, logistics, or a marketplace.
  • Experience building a new product from the ground up, from MVP through scale.
  • Strong user-experience judgment and a track record of partnering with Design across multiple products.
  • Experience managing and developing product managers.
  • Ability to align executives, Engineering, Operations, and Design through clear decision documents.

Nice To Haves

  • Insurance or real estate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive Maestro’s platform vision, strategy, multi-year roadmap, quarterly plans, and measurable KPIs.
  • Partner with Engineering to set service-level objectives for availability, latency, throughput, and change-fail rate.
  • Work with insurance and real estate product leaders to determine which vertical requirements should become shared platform capabilities.
  • Apply AI to scheduling, routing, and workflows, partnering with Engineering across the inspection lifecycle from order intake and assignment through review and delivery.
  • Determine where to automate and where to assist people; establish guardrails, transparency, and feedback loops; measure model quality and business impact; and improve systems using feedback from applications and users.
  • Own Maestro as the shared platform foundation and partner with product managers responsible for products built on it.
  • Own Maestro’s overall look and feel and partner with Design on experience standards and a shared design system.
  • Improve configurable core workflow capabilities so product teams, Operations, and clients can run and monitor inspections with fewer manual steps and hand-offs.
  • Establish Maestro as a multi-tenant platform, defining how clients, lines of business, and partners are separated, configured, and served.
  • Build identity-management capabilities, including role-based access, tenant-level administration, and audit.
  • Lead development of a scheduling and routing product for insurance and real estate clients.
  • Own scheduling, dispatch, and job tracking end to end, including appointment booking and time windows, matching and dispatching jobs to Seeker capacity, and handling cancellations, no-shows, surges, and catastrophe events.
  • Own job tracking and visibility for internal teams and clients, and turn operational data into business metrics.
  • Run discovery, define the MVP, validate through pilots, and scale the scheduling and routing product.
  • Decide whether to build, buy, or partner for routing and optimization components.
  • Map end-to-end workflows with Operations, identify bottlenecks and manual work, and define coverage, capacity, quality, and service-level requirements for inspection networks across both verticals.
  • Lead the transition to an AI-native software development lifecycle, applying AI in discovery, requirements, design, testing, and release and establishing practices for other teams.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of at least one to two product managers; clarify ownership across platform and orchestration.
  • Lead a regular cross-functional cadence across Engineering, Operations, Design, Data, and vertical product teams; align priorities and report progress to senior leadership.
  • Conduct discovery with customers and internal teams, write concise decision documents, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
  • Use quantitative data and qualitative insights to prioritize, ship iteratively, and measure outcomes.

Benefits

  • Remote flexibility to work from wherever you do your best work.
  • Executive-level visibility, meaningful scope, and an opportunity to shape a high-impact product.
  • A tech-first culture that invests in smart, scalable systems.
  • Autonomy alongside a connected, supportive team.
  • A growth-minded environment that prioritizes learning and innovation.
