About The Position

SeekNow is seeking a Product Director to own Maestro, the platform used to create, assign, schedule, track, and deliver more than 3,000 daily property inspections. The role covers the platform’s client and internal-user experience, workflow capabilities, transition to a multi-tenant architecture, and identity, roles, and permissions. It also includes leading the development of a new scheduling and routing product for SeekNow’s insurance and real estate businesses. AI is expected to be applied throughout the products to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and lessen friction for clients, Seekers, and Operations. The Product Director will lead at least one to two product managers and work across Engineering, Operations, Design, Data Capture and Field Experience, and the insurance and real estate product teams. The Product Director will define the Maestro vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap; establish measurable outcomes; and partner with Engineering on platform service-level targets. They will guide shared platform capabilities, set experience standards and a design system, make Maestro multi-tenant, and build identity management and access controls. They will also lead scheduling, dispatch, job tracking, and visibility capabilities, from discovery and MVP through pilots and scale, deciding whether routing components should be built, bought, or developed with partners. The role includes mapping operational workflows, defining inspection-network requirements, and using data and customer feedback to improve products. The Product Director will lead an AI-native software development lifecycle, coach product managers, align cross-functional teams, communicate tradeoffs, and prioritize and measure outcomes. The position is remote-flexible.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of product management experience, including platform products taken from discovery to measurable business impact.
  • Working knowledge of LLMs, forecasting, and optimization, including AI-native development practices.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation, including A/B and switchback testing.
  • Experience owning multi-tenant platforms, APIs, and configurable workflows at scale.
  • Practical experience with identity management, SSO, role-based access, and audit for enterprise customers.
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling, dispatch, or routing products in field service, logistics, or a marketplace.
  • Experience building a new product from the ground up, from MVP through scale.
  • Strong user-experience sensibility and a history of partnering with Design across multiple products.
  • Experience managing and developing product managers.
  • Ability to align executives, Engineering, Operations, and Design through clear decision documents.

Nice To Haves

  • Insurance or real estate experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the Maestro platform vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap, translating outcomes into quarterly plans and measurable KPIs.
  • Partner with Engineering to establish service-level targets for availability, latency, throughput, and change-fail rate.
  • Work with insurance and real estate product leaders to determine which vertical requirements should become shared platform capabilities.
  • Apply AI across scheduling, routing, and workflow to improve efficiency and reduce friction.
  • Partner with Engineering to apply AI across the inspection workflow, from order intake and assignment through review and delivery.
  • Determine where to automate and where to assist a person, and establish guardrails, transparency, and feedback loops.
  • Measure model quality and business impact, and use feedback from apps and users to improve results.
  • Own the Maestro shared platform foundation and partner with product managers responsible for products built on it.
  • Set the platform’s look and feel and partner with Design on experience standards and a shared design system.
  • Improve configurable workflow capabilities so teams, Operations, and clients can run and monitor inspections with fewer manual steps and hand-offs.
  • Establish Maestro as a multi-tenant platform, defining how clients, lines of business, and partners are separated, configured, and served.
  • Build identity management capabilities, including role-based access, tenant-level administration, and audit.
  • Lead development of a scheduling and routing product for insurance and real estate clients.
  • Own appointment booking and time windows, job matching and dispatch to available Seeker capacity, and responses to cancellations, no-shows, surge volume, and catastrophe events.
  • Own job tracking and visibility for internal teams and clients, and turn the data into operational metrics.
  • Run discovery, define an MVP, validate through pilots, and determine whether to build, buy, or partner for routing and optimization components.
  • Map workflows with Operations, identify bottlenecks and manual work, and define network coverage, capacity, quality, and service-level requirements across both verticals.
  • Lead the transition to an AI-native software development lifecycle using AI in discovery, requirements, design, testing, and release.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of at least one to two product managers, establishing clear ownership across platform and orchestration.
  • Run a regular cross-functional cadence across Engineering, Operations, Design, Data, and vertical product teams, aligning priorities and reporting progress to senior leadership.
  • Conduct discovery with customers and internal teams, write concise decision documents, and explain tradeoffs in plain language.
  • Use data and qualitative insight to prioritize, ship iteratively, and measure success by outcomes.

  • Executive-level visibility and meaningful scope.
  • Autonomy and collaboration within a supportive, connected team.
  • Learning, innovation, and growth-minded environment.
