About The Position

Johnson & Johnson is searching for the best talent for a Product Director, Regional Marketing, Neuroscience franchise, supporting CAPLYTA®, located in Titusville, NJ. Our Neuroscience team tackles the world’s toughest brain health challenges including multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, myasthenia gravis, epilepsy, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and autism. This patient-focused team helps address some of the most complex diseases of our time. This position is a critical part of the CAPLYTA® marketing team. The individual in this position will be responsible for developing assets for the field-based CAPLYTA® Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) team and supporting all regional marketing efforts. The Product Director will develop TLL content strategy ensuring it is aligned with overall brand strategy inclusive of the promotional medical education strategy and deploy all customer-facing assets for the TLL team. They will develop and deliver training to elevate TLL competencies and engagement effectiveness, identify new tools, technological capabilities, and insight-generation resources to increase TLLs customer engagement effectiveness, and leverage identified insights to develop and deploy new TLL resources for impactful customer engagement. This role ensures coordination and collaboration across the Neuroscience Portfolio Brand, Franchise, and Medical Teams and CAPLYTA marketing team to maximize TLL effectiveness and meet evolving business needs. The Product Director will plan and deliver content for Regional Marketing Programming, including product theaters and other promotional medical education events, and partner with TLLs for execution at the local level. They will identify strategic regional peer-to-peer and payor-related executional opportunities and determine regional advisory board needs to shape thought leader engagement approach, advance brand advocacy, and inform tactical execution. This role will evolve and manage the overall TLL customer engagement selection to prioritize current and emerging national and local KOLs for optimized reach and frequency of engagement. Additionally, the Product Director will develop and manage all TLL performance reporting for quarterly business reviews and key insight generation, and manage the overall TLL budget. The Product Director, Regional Marketing must have strong marketing competencies to identify insights, translate to effective customer-facing assets, and provide content execution field direction. The individual will serve as a bridge to ensure connectivity with the CAPLYTA® Mood Field Sales and Medical teams as well as overall Neuroscience Portfolio partners to ensure effective execution. Additionally, this individual needs to be able to have a big picture perspective externally to identify regional opportunities and internally to ensure collaboration but also be able to operate at a detailed level. Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Access, Managed Care Account Management and/or related fields and Healthcare professional marketing experience is required
  • Demonstrated experience in critical marketing competencies such as strategic thinking, insight generation, big picture orientation, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Must be innovative, proactive, and have excellent business acumen.
  • Must be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple priorities.
  • Must demonstrate ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment.
  • Must be able to fully access needs of the brands across the portfolio in collaboration with brand leadership
  • Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel, advanced communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are required.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive impactful cross-functional collaboration in large groups
  • Ability to travel up to 30% throughout the United States, including overnight, weekend travel and time spent in the Titusville, NJ.

Responsibilities
