We are seeking a Director of Applied AI, Consumer Product to own and elevate the Resy native consumer experience across iOS, Android, and Resy.com. This is a role for a sharp, hands-on product leader who sets the standard for what great consumer product looks like and makes everyone around them better. You will lead a team of consumer PMs against aggressive engagement goals, shaping how diners discover, validate, book, and return to the world's best restaurants. AI is central to how you approach this work: not as a feature to ship, but as a core lever for building a product that becomes more personalized, more intuitive, and more indispensable with every interaction.
