About the Role Resy is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of AI-powered tools within our B2B hospitality platform. In this role, you will help restaurants and wineries focus more of their time on staff and guests by putting intelligent tools in their hands that unlock growth and motivate their teams. You will play a key role in operationalizing AI capabilities across our product suite, applying them in thoughtful and innovative ways to solve real customer problems. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and other internal partners to design scalable and secure capabilities that meet the needs of a complex SaaS ecosystem. If you thrive at the intersection of AI, systems architecture, APIs, and B2B SaaS—and are excited by emerging technology and the future of discovery—this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with experience applying AI capabilities to real-world product use cases.
  • Comfortable working with technical systems and platforms, including APIs, data flows, and scalable architectures.
  • Comfortable navigating compliance, security, and risk considerations in enterprise or regulated environments.
  • Curious, thoughtful, and pragmatic approach to emerging technology.
  • Motivated by building foundational capabilities that unlock long-term product and business value.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital product management, with a strong track record of delivering technically complex products.
  • Ability to lead end-to-end product strategy and execution, from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Experience building tools for operational users
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategy and tradeoffs.
  • Demonstrated ability to deeply understand customer workflows and operational pain points.
  • Ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
