About The Position

As a Product Designer at Hike Medical, you will shape how clinicians and patients experience Hike across its clinic, AI platform, and manufacturing operations. You will own product experiences end to end, from discovery through launch, and help build the company’s design foundation. The work includes designing experiences across mobile, web, and internal tools, as well as AI-powered workflows that users can trust, review, and act on. You will help evolve Hike’s design system and set the design language for products in musculoskeletal care.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product design experience.
• A portfolio showing design process and shipped work.
• Experience designing complex B2B, workflow, or data-heavy products.
• Strong interaction design and visual craft.
• Comfort conducting customer research and turning findings into a clear direction.
• Candid communication skills and the ability to give and receive critique well.
• Ability to work in person at the San Francisco Rincon Hill office five days a week.
• Willingness to work long hours in a demanding, high-bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with clinicians and customers to understand real workflows and identify problems to solve.
• Design end-to-end experiences across mobile, web, and internal tools, from concept through launch.
• Design AI-powered workflows that users can trust, review, and act on.
• Build and evolve Hike’s design system and raise the quality bar across products.
• Partner closely with engineering to ship quickly and iterate based on what works.
