Product Designer (UX/UI)
About The Position
CareerSwift is a technology company focused on making the job search process simpler, faster, and more effective. Our platform combines AI-powered tools and practical career solutions to help job seekers create stronger applications, improve their professional profiles, and navigate their job search with greater confidence. We are growing our product team and are looking for a thoughtful and user-focused Product Designer (UX/UI) to help us create simple, intuitive, and engaging experiences across the CareerSwift platform. As a Product Designer (UX/UI), you will work across the product design process, from understanding user needs and mapping user flows to creating wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to turn product requirements into practical and user-friendly experiences. Your work will directly contribute to how job seekers interact with CareerSwift's AI-powered tools and services.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web or digital product design.
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and responsive design.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance user needs with business requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and other teams.
Nice To Haves
- Experience designing SaaS, AI, technology, or consumer digital products.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience conducting usability testing or analyzing user feedback.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how digital products are built.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user experiences and interfaces across the CareerSwift platform.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
- Conduct basic user research and use feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.
- Review implemented designs and collaborate with developers to ensure design quality.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, product goals, and performance insights.
