About The Position

The Video Product Line Team is a group of individuals who are responsible for the Product Management of video capabilities and video device integrations, as well as communication capabilities and intercom integrations into our security platform. Our team is also responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with technology partners. As a Product Line Specialist, you will be responsible for our Technology Partner Program, which consists of helping technology partners, mainly device manufacturers, integrate their solutions into our platform. You will be introduced to a highly collaborative environment where sharing knowledge and ideas is an ongoing endeavor. Our solutions allow airports, retail chains, transportation control centers, cities, schools, prisons, etc., around the world to improve safety and security for the protection of our daily lives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business with an IT background, or equivalent experience.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and successfully within defined constraints and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and approachability.
• Ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others in a project and matrix environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft tools (Office 365, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.).
• Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with international collaborators and customers).

Responsibilities

• Maintain our Technology Partner Program.
• Be responsible for onboarding and invoicing new partners in the Technology Partner Program.
• Plan, schedule, invoice, and follow up on all device integration requests.
• Track partner information and integration status.
• Periodically report statistics related to the Technology Partner Program.
• Create, configure, and extend demo licenses for technology partners.
• Communicate new software releases and feature information to partners.
