About The Position

W.B. Mason is looking for an entry-level, full-time Product Content Analyst to enhance their e-commerce catalog. This role involves reviewing and editing item content to meet quality standards, managing large data sets in their PIM, ensuring proper item classification, and collaborating with the Site Merchandising Team on new categories. The analyst will monitor Product Display Pages (PDPs) for accuracy, conduct periodic audits, and assist with customer-specific item setups. The goal is to ensure high-quality product descriptions and visuals to help customers make informed buying decisions. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0 years of professional experience
  • Microsoft Excel experience and collegiate-level proficiency required
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to use spreadsheets to maintain attention to detail

  • Any technical skills such as: coding, R, Python, Tableau, SQL, Power BI or advanced AI/ML are a plus, but not required
  • PIM experience managing PDP content in an e-commerce environment is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the e-commerce catalog by reviewing and editing item content to meet quality standards.
  • Manage large data sets in the PIM.
  • Ensure proper item classification.
  • Collaborate with the Site Merchandising Team on new categories.
  • Monitor Product Display Pages (PDPs) for accuracy.
  • Conduct periodic audits.
  • Assist with customer-specific item setups.
  • Ensure high-quality product descriptions and visuals.
  • Use a mix of semi-automated and manual processes to populate structured retail web content.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure content is accurate and updated on time.
  • Regularly lift and/or move 25 pounds.
