About The Position

We are looking for a Product Compliance Engineer reporting to the Head of the Product Compliance department. This role offers the opportunity to own global product compliance for some of BRP's powersports and marine platforms. The engineer will decode complex standards (ISO, SAE, CE, EPA, Transport Canada) into clear, actionable guidance, partner with R&D, Certification, and design teams to embed compliance early in development, and represent BRP within government and industry bodies to influence future regulations. The role also involves leading certification projects that open markets worldwide and mentoring and inspiring a collaborative, high-performance team.

Requirements

Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with 7+ years of compliance or certification experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills, you’re a connector and motivator.
Proven success in international regulatory environments.
Mentor engineers and champion a culture of accountability, curiosity, and teamwork.
Detail-driven yet big-picture thinker.
Strong English skills are a must.

Bilingualism in French is a definite advantage.
