About The Position

As a Senior Product Associate in Business Banking, you will help build a new, digital-led Property & Casualty Insurance agency business supporting the company’s small business clients. You will contribute product development and optimization expertise, using user research and customer feedback to create innovative products and improve existing offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product direction and support ongoing product success.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience with product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.

Nice To Haves

• Insurance experience is strongly preferred, especially experience working with insurance agencies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Manager to identify product opportunities based on customer needs, market conditions, user research, and discovery.
• Consider and plan for the upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the product roadmap and identify potentially valuable product features.
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, including progress against time, cost, and quality targets throughout the product development life cycle.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
• Facilitate end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for product changes, considering impacts on the customer journey, back-end systems, and test environment cycles.
• Partner with product and cross-functional teams to deliver the product roadmap and sequence product changes to optimize the customer experience.
• Navigate ambiguous environments and use strategic thinking and problem-solving to drive clarity and direction.
