About The Position
The Product Associate supports innovation, development, and lifecycle management of the lash product portfolio across domestic and international markets. The role contributes to category growth through product planning, market analysis, cross-functional execution, retailer programs, and global collaboration to deliver consumer-relevant products. Responsibilities span category strategy, product development and localization, retailer and channel planning, and competitor and market analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field.
- Skills in category planning, collaboration, communication, global mindset, and market trend research.
- Korean language.
Responsibilities
- Support development of lash category strategies aligned with global brand goals and regional market needs.
- Identify white-space opportunities through market research and trend tracking.
- Coordinate product development tasks, including packaging updates, pricing inputs, and regional adaptation needs.
- Partner with domestic and international R&D, sourcing, packaging, and design teams to align on product specifications, timelines, and market requirements.
- Support localization of product claims, artwork, and regulatory needs across global markets.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, retail engagement, and other cross-functional teams on tailored assortments and promotional plans by market and channel.
- Prepare product samples and presentations for domestic and/or international partners.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional item launches connected to retailer tentpole moments, including strategy development, timeline tracking, and post-launch performance monitoring.
- Track competitive activity and beauty trends across global markets.
- Monitor regional consumer behavior and influencer impact to inform product strategy.
