About The Position

The Security Product Associate supports the strategic execution of the CashPro Security roadmap, helping coordinate key initiatives, governance activities, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional delivery. The role works with Product, Technology, Operations, Client Protection, Fraud Prevention, Commercialization, and other internal stakeholders to deliver security capabilities that protect clients while supporting a seamless user experience. CashPro is Bank of America's digital banking platform, serving hundreds of thousands of users globally across payments, receivables, reporting, liquidity, trade, and administration. The position offers broad exposure to product management, cybersecurity, and financial services, while developing expertise in CashPro's security strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, project management, business management, strategy, cybersecurity, consulting, treasury services, or related fields.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups and drive follow-through on deliverables.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience creating executive-level presentations and communications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Copilot, and collaboration tools.
Ability to research, synthesize information, and develop concise recommendations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Strong attention to detail and execution mindset.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting cybersecurity, fraud prevention, authentication, identity, digital channels, or risk management initiatives.
Knowledge of product management practices and agile delivery methodologies.
Familiarity with Jira, AgilePlan, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar tools.
Experience working with technology teams and software delivery processes.
Understanding of treasury management, commercial banking, payments, or digital channel products.
Experience supporting vendor management and third-party relationships.

Responsibilities

Support execution of the CashPro Security roadmap and track, coordinate, and help deliver initiatives on time.
Partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, Client Protection, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
Coordinate governance routines, leadership reporting, and executive presentations for security programs.
Support vendor management, including relationship management, performance tracking, financials, and market research.
Develop communications, presentations, and educational materials to support awareness, adoption, and stakeholder engagement.
Research cybersecurity, authentication, fraud prevention, digital identity, and industry trends to inform product strategy.
Gather, analyze, and summarize data, client feedback, and market insights to support business cases and strategic recommendations.
Facilitate meetings, document decisions and action items, and ensure timely follow-through on commitments.
Maintain portfolio management tools, including AgilePlan, Jira, roadmaps, and initiative tracking.
Assist with commercialization, change management, and rollout activities for new security capabilities and enhancements.
Build partnerships across CashPro, GPS, and enterprise teams to advance the CashPro Security strategy.
