About The Position

National Assemblers, Inc. is hiring a Product Assembler Technician to assemble and install products in customers’ homes. Technicians receive customer orders, confirm appointments, complete assembly or installation according to company specifications, and provide quality customer service. The role involves regular driving to customers’ homes and businesses, with most jobs located 15 to 75 miles from home. Work and schedules vary by location, and full-time, part-time, and weekend-only availability are offered. This is a W-2 employee position, not a subcontractor role. Compensation is piece-rate, with stated pay of $20–$30 per hour and the opportunity to earn more, plus overtime pay. The company provides training and tools to support technicians’ development and advancement.

Requirements

• Be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to drive regularly to customers’ homes and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders for installation or assembly jobs in customers’ homes.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments.
• Assemble products according to National Assemblers’ specifications.
• Build rapport with customers and provide quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive regularly to customers’ homes and businesses.
