About The Position

National Assemblers, Inc. is hiring a Product Assembler Technician to complete product assembly and installation jobs in customers’ homes. Technicians receive customer orders, confirm appointments, assemble products according to company specifications, and provide quality service aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves regular driving to customers’ homes and businesses, with most jobs located 15 to 75 miles from the technician’s home. Work and schedules vary by location, and full-time, part-time, and weekend-only availability are offered. Technicians are W-2 employees, not subcontractors, and receive training, insurance, overtime pay, and potential benefits. Compensation is piece-rate, with stated pay of $20 to $30 per hour and the opportunity to earn more.

Requirements

Able to lift 40 pounds.
Have reliable transportation.
Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Be self-motivated, reliable, and have a proven attendance record.
Communicate effectively and interact with customers.
Prioritize customer satisfaction, quality, and safety.
Be able to solve problems and proactively seek solutions.
