Product Assembler Technician (IHC)
About The Position
National Assemblers, Inc. is hiring a Product Assembler Technician to complete product assembly and installation jobs in customers’ homes. Technicians receive customer orders, confirm appointments, assemble products to company specifications, and provide quality customer service while working to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves regular driving to customers’ homes and businesses, with most jobs located 15 to 75 miles from the technician’s home. Work and schedules vary by location, and full-time, part-time, and weekend-only availability are offered. Technicians are W-2 employees, not subcontractors, and receive training and support. Compensation is piece-rate, described as $20–$30 per hour with an opportunity to earn more, plus overtime pay.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Reliability and a proven attendance record.
- Willingness to perform hands-on assembly work and regular driving.

Responsibilities
- Complete installation or assembly jobs in customers’ homes based on received orders.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments.
- Assemble products to National Assemblers’ specifications.
- Build rapport with customers and deliver quality service and products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive regularly to customers’ homes and businesses.
