Product Assembler Technician (IHC)
About The Position
National Assemblers, Inc. is hiring Product Assembler Technicians to complete installation and assembly jobs in customers’ homes. Technicians receive customer orders, communicate with customers to confirm appointments, assemble products to company specifications, and provide quality service focused on customer satisfaction. The work involves regularly driving to customer homes and businesses, with most jobs located 15 to 75 miles from the technician’s home. Jobs and schedules vary by location, and full-time, part-time, and weekend-only availability are offered. Technicians are W-2 employees, not subcontractors, and receive training, insurance, and overtime pay as applicable. Compensation is piece-rate, with stated pay of $20–$30 per hour and the opportunity to earn more.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Ability to drive regularly to customer locations.
Responsibilities
- Complete installation or assembly jobs in customers’ homes based on customer orders.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments.
- Assemble products to National Assemblers’ specifications.
- Build rapport with customers and deliver customer service and quality products to ensure satisfaction.
