The Product Analyst provides the analytical foundation that enables product decisions, deployment readiness, and continuous improvement. This role converts operational data into actionable insights while supporting requirements, testing, solution governance, and process documentation. Requirements

3-7 years of logistics, supply chain, SAP, business analysis, or product support experience.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience with Jira, Signavio, Power BI, Excel, and SAP data analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop KPI dashboards and reporting.
Analyze defect trends, testing progress, deployment readiness, process adoption, and operational performance.
Support gathering and documenting requirements.
Maintain traceability between requirements, testing, and deployment outcomes.
Assist with Change Request assessments and impact analysis.
Maintain Signavio documentation.
Support global business process alignment.
Ensure localization activities remain aligned to the global template.
Coordinate BST and UAT execution tracking.
Monitor script readiness and coverage.
Support go-live and hypercare reporting.
Support SOX requirements, audit readiness, trade compliance, and regulatory documentation.
Maintain Jira repositories, product documentation, design decisions, lessons learned, and reuse catalogs.
